The ‘day in the life’ kit has some really fun cards this month.
There are lots of styles, looks and designs that can be achieved.
I used some of the pieces of patterened paper that comes with this kit to place behind some of my cards. The pockets on the top and bottom row of this PL wallet are slightly larger than my journal cards, so by using the pp with the journal cards it fills the pocket space nicely.
I added the gold hearts from the ‘DITL’kit but flipped them over and inked them pink. I also added these cool alphas that come with the main kit.
I love how colourful Patricia’s pages are. Can you possibly even tell that we used the same kit?
Here are some close ups. Patricia has also used the pieces of patterned papers on her pages.
I love how Piradee’s page is so clean and crisp. She has painted the big wooden ‘hello’ white and used the heart pp behind the ‘love you to the moon’ card. Cute!! Did you spot the hearts? Remember I changed mine to pink, well Piradee has left her’s gold.
A whole new look with Alissa’s PL page.
Alissa also used some of the foam alphas from the main kit. I love the pocket with the black foam heart : ) and how she cut the bottom photo in 2.
And another close up for you. Alissa always has such great ideas.
Next up with yet another fresh look is Martha. Martha’s pages always interest me so much.
This pl page is so simple and yet utterly stunning.
Mandie worked on her week 18 this month.
I love Mandie’s close ups. All these little details can so easily be missed when you first take a look.
And finally one from Suz who shows this month how you can scrap with the ‘day in the life’ kit 12×12 style.
I think by looking at these pages you can really see endless possibilities with this little kit. There is just so much in there and as you can see from this post, you can create so many different looks. We do have a few more of these ‘day in the life’ kits available here.
Thanks for stopping by today. I hope we have inspired you.
