Hello lovely ones! It’s Kylie with you all today to share some inspo for your August planning. Firstly, how cute is this month?? I am so in love with the whole colour palette and theme of bumble bees, flowers and tea cups. If you would like to see how I set up my planner you can do so HERE.
Lately I have been asked about what useful things you could track in your planner inserts. So today I am going to share some ideas and show you how I use my inserts for the topics I track.Meal tracking is one of the most common things to track in your planner. You could also track any of the following with your meal planning-
*Calories per day.
* Daily water log,
*Weight loss or weight gain tracker.
*Sleep tracker.
I have also been keeping track of steps per day, at the back of each weekly page. You could also track other topics that may suit your lifestyle such as Fitness Goals or an Excercise Log.
The weekly coloured pages could be used for so many topics. I’ve used mine to keep track of my childrens after school activities each week. I find it handy to have everything listed together so I know what the week ahead brings! You could also use these pages for-
*Your daily affirmations.
*Daily Gratitude.
*Meal Planning
*Goals for each day.
I am totally loving the stencil/template that came in last months kit. It’s handy for tracing banners, ruled spaces, point forms and icons.
I used the banner icons and bullet points, to mark out my budget tracker.
The 12 month page in the inserts has a great many ways it could be used also. I have added date banners to each month and track all of my sons soccer games. You could aso use this page to track
*Birthdays.
*Savings.
*Home Improvement Project list.
*Financial Goals.
*Travel Log.
I hope I have given you some ideas of what you can track in your own planners today and you have enjoyed seeing some of my planning.Don’t forget to share your ideas via the Cocoa Daisy Planner Facebook Group HERE.
Until next time,
