When a new year rolls around I like to sit down and figure out what direction I want to take at this time in my life. What areas do I need to focus a bit extra on and where do I want to take a bit of action? To me it’s important to write those thoughts down and also try to find some sort of game plan. A goal without a plan is just a dream, right?

This year one of my goals is to strengthen my body, and I’m guessing a lot of you also has this on your list of goals for the year. To keep myself accountable and also find motivation in my progress I’ve created a section in my planner to track this goal. The idea is simple, I have used the calendar stamp from the memory keeping classified kit where I will track my workouts, this will give me a clear visual if I succeed with the goal of going 2-3 times per week. Each month get one page and I will add in my stats and a photo as well. As the year goes by I have a couple of ideas of things I might want to track in here. I have purposely only prepared the calendar part for the rest of the year and just set up January entirely.

Sticking with goals should be fun and inspiring, to me the decorating works as sort of a micro reward. I get to pick a fun stamp to use to represent myself. It will be hard to compete with this Betty stamp though so I’m guessing she’ll make an appearance on a fairly regular basis.
