Happy International Scrapbook Day!
All day we’ll be posting tricks, tips, and ideas from both our scrapbook and planner Design Teams using our kits. We hope you’ll check back often to learn more about Cocoa Daisy’s kits from our amazing team! We’ll be throwing in a giveaway here and there, but you’ll have to check every hour because it’s going to be a surprise. 🙂
Alissa shows you a clever way to use our printable sheets that come free with purchase of a scrapbook or DITL kits every month.
I use the free subscriber printable sheet for more than just the cut out printables. I also love to use them for patterned paper. In my “So Cute” layout I punched out labels from the printable sheet to layer under the page title. The great thing about the printables are they never run out. Print out a few sheets to use for different things. I’ve used them to make planner dashboards/dividers and traveler’s notebook covers and dashboards, too.
[From Emily: I loved how the printables added such happy pops of color to Alissa’s design, I couldn’t figure out how she had the same camera as from our printable. Then I realized what she’d done! Totally clever!]

I love the CD cut files each month! They are my favorite thing to play with on my Silhouette, always so original and fun!
Love this! I love my family and friends and all the blessings in my life including finding joy in creative journaling and decorating my planners. Thanks for the chance!
I love the use of the staples and printables, great idea! I just subscribed to the CD Scrapbook Kit, can’t wait for my May Kit!
I love the one-of-a-kind stamps and the amazing skill it takes to put together so many different kits and themes so seamlessly each month! I wish I had that kind of talent…and patience? I also love my rescue furbaby, Mabel, more than anything.
I love the cards in the DITL kit, and love cutting them into tags!
I love when my daughters look at their scrapbooks, I love creating for the sake of creating, and I love it when it come easily too.
I love being able to have a craft room and the ability and time to craft! So grateful 😀
I love these glitter alphabet stickers!!
I love that the hobbie That gives me so much pleasure also will bring my family a physical living history of themselves and our growing and changing family for years to come and share with their family!
I love the monthly planner pages. The designs are so amazing and I like trying to figure out ways to use the grid you guys have to do a bit of bullet journaling as well! It’s really helped me go from bullet journaling in a notebook to trying out the pretty ring binders
Besides my family and friends, I love traveling, creating and sharing all of my stories with others. The best part about documenting and journaling is that it’s therapeutic while also a practical way to capture all of my memories. I love that.
Great page! I love when our son shows interest and passion in what he’s doing, focuses on it, and leaves the smart alec sassiness out. I know. It’s a lot to ask. 🙂
I’m retired and I am
loving having my
time to myself and

I am so lucky, as I have so much to love. A truly loving family, fabulous friends (who are cropping with me today celebrating NSD) and the scrapping hobby that is pure joy.
Comment I love to craft as it makes me relax and helps me remember all the good times and special moments.
Great tip on using the printables; clever gal, that Alissa! Love making mini album gifts: love the process of going through photos, picking papers/embellies, assembly and especially love the joy it brings others of seeing themselves and the shared memories.
Things I love right now include having time for myself to craft, inspiring my kids to craft with me, seeing my boys grow and learn new things and cheering for my sons’ teams.
