Stamp Inspiration

Morning, Daisies! Brooke here with you today.

Ever wonder what to do with the stamps from your monthly kit? We’re showcasing the hexagon stamps from the July Memory Keeping kits today:

Moon used them to add texture to her layout – how gorgeous did her fussy cutting turn out?

Celine never ceases to amaze me with how beautifully she incorporates stamps into her projects:

The dimension of those chipboard hexagons is stunning!

Odessa’s clean TN layout makes a huge impact! I love the idea of a black border with lighter coloured secondary stamping – I can’t wait to try it!

As for me, I wanted to decorate a few card envelopes with the stamps:

The diecuts are from the Classified MK kit – don’t they make perfect cards?

I stamped in black ink so the patterns would show clearly – from left to right: see pictures below for how I included an “address label”, a piece of washi tape adhered from corner to corner then removed after stamping makes a neat asymmetrical pattern, hexagons are perfect for repetitive stamping to form patterns.

To make a little address label, adhere a small scrap of cardstock to the envelope using removable adhesive. Stamp your pattern, let dry, then remove cardstock.

Thanks for stopping by today! Can’t wait to see how everyone uses these cool pattern-building stamps!
