Hi Daisies! Moon here to share some ideas about creating double-page layouts!
I really love double-page layouts for the cohesive effect when open the albums.
Here are some examples I made to share with you.

TIP 1: 12″X12″ page + pocket page

When I have a few photos of the same theme, a pocket page would be my favorite choice.
I chose the favorite photo to make a single page layout and put the rest into the pocket page.

I especially love the blue and creamy stripe patterned paper which matches the pattern on my hubby’s polo shirt.
It gives some sense of the coordination, and based on the color combo of blue and yellow, these two pages would not stand alone.

TIP 2: using the same color combo

Sometimes, I design two single layouts based on the same color combos.
Like this two-page spread, I made them separately but both are in pink, blue, and a little green.

Also, adding some elements in common, such as keys and butterflies, represents the symbol of Love Lock Bridge in Koln.

TIP 3: using the same papers

For this spread, using same papers is a good way to coordinate the layouts.
Also, adding some stickers or embellishments from the same collections is another way to make a two-page layout.

All the natural elements are perfect for the photos.  I also had fun playing with this title, into the wild + explore.

Arranging the letters in wavy form makes the pages more dynamic, and definitely create the unified effect for the pages.
