To pocket or not to pocket

Good Morning, Daisies! Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend. We celebrated another milestone anniversary in our house and a birthday for my niece. It was a busy one. Today I’m here with more Day In The Life kit inspiration. The DITL kits are so amazing and packed full of goodness! I think they keep getting better each month. The products are perfect for pocket scrapbooking, but don’t let that stop you. They’re great for regular pages, mini books and cards, too. If you haven’t tried out the DITL kit, you should. Get your subscription in now so you can get in on all the awesomeness that September will hold!

What to see what we made this month?

Let’s start with Anna. She created 2 beautiful projects with the kit this month. First a smaller pocket page spread.

Awesome, right? I love what she did with the yellow 4×6 card and all of the machine stitching around the photos.

Next, Anna created a 12×12 page.

I love how she incorporated the cards into the lovely grid design. Gorgeous, Anna!

Next up is Suzanna.
I love the colors this month and Suzanna did not disappoint with her traditional pocket pages. Perfect for her summer adventure photos. Love the banner on the title card and how she used the washi tape to adhere the “Adventure” card to a 4×6 patterned paper. Love this, Suzanna!

Last is me. I created a 12×12 page and a 7×12 pocket page.
I layered up a 3×4 card with a few of the die cuts from the DITL kit to create a cute title card. I also used more die cuts and one of the exclusive cork pieces in the little embellishment cluster on the 3×4 card to the left of my photo.

And, I would not be me without a pocket page.
My favorite thing about this page is the LONG title stretched out over 3 DITL cards in the left hand pockets.

What are your favorite things to do with the DITL kits? I can’t wait to see what you all create, once those kits start arriving.

Have an awesome Monday!
