Health And Wellness Planner Set Up

Happy New Year!! (Almost)

A season of new and fresh beginnings is upon us. Untold adventures and journeys to come.

I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and enjoyed family and friends and food to the fullest! I do not know about you but, I know that I indulged on the food part beyond what I thought capable and need a fresh new start! So, I thought it was a good time to share my “Fitness” planner with you. I am starting a new regimen in 2018.  New year, new health and wellness goals.

What better way to stay on track than with the cocoa daisy personal inserts! (Or any of the sizes for that matter even the dori’s work great.)

Dashboards are a great place to start any planner.

Goals are the first thing I want to see every time I open my planner. Where do you keep your goals?

The month at a glance is used for a reminder to be extra aware of the dates I will be traveling. (The days I really need to be diligent in food prep and being prepared for my workouts!) I feeI those are the days I will be more likely to slack on the most important things. The year at a glance is going to hold all my monthly personal stats. ie measurements, weight etc

The daily sheets are perfect for keeping track of all my workout information. What type of workout will be done and the exercises I will do or the video I will follow. Reps and sets, minutes and miles. I always love that I can track my hydration with the cute graphics already on the pages! I will also make sure to take my vitamins! This fun bookmark will help me know exactly what day I am focusing on! And that pocket holds the cute tags!! (Maybe before and after photos? Who knows)

I will be doing all my meal planning on the week on two pages.

I have added a divider for recipes and printed the free printables (double sided, same design) for the recipes. I hate remembering where to find a recipe, this way it is all tucked nicely together in one place!

Last but not least, a section for notes and quotes! We all need a little help staying inspired and on track.

I hope you enjoyed this quick little blog post. If you are starting a new Journey I would love to hear all about it and how you are using Cocoa Daisy to help you on your new adventure!

XOXO

Kami
