Hi everyone.
It‘s me again, Tanti.
Today, I want to share with you my planner set up for the month of September using the Cocoa Daisy planner kits and the memory keeping pocket kit.
As a binder, I’ve decided to use my black leather binder to match the theme.
Like always, I started with decorating the cover.
I was inspired by the night theme of this month. So, I tried to build a night scene for my cover. You can see the process on how I’ve created the cover in the video at the end of this post.
I‘ve created a pocket behind the cover of the dori.
I‘ve also decorated the first page of my dori since I‘m not using the month at a glace part on this page. Maybe you’ve already noticed that I actually always did this to all of my dories.
For the pocket, I fussy cut the owl from the patterned paper that came in the main kit and for the background, I used one of the 6“ x 6“ patterned papers that came in the memory keeping pocket kit.
Next, I‘ve printed the personal size challenge list on a regular copy paper and glued it on the next spread.
Here, I attached the calendar card from the memory keeping pocket kit to the dori with washi tape as a tip-in. Because I would love to have a look at the whole month while I‘m planning.
To set up my weekly spreads, I used the stamp set from the memory keeping pocket kit. And for the date, I just used the banner date sticker that came in the main kit.
This is how my month at a glance spread looks like. I used the stamp set from the planner add on kit to decorate it.
The space on the right side is for my to do list.
Since there‘s some owl paper clips in this kit, I‘ve turned the owl puffy paper clip into a charm.
I put my favorite journaling cards in the plastic folder that I‘ve made. So that I can take a look at them anytime I want.
Last but not least, I put all the washi rolls in a ring and attached it to the tote bag.
You could just let them hang on both sides, outside or inside the bag.
That’s it. Now I‘m ready to take my planner with me.
