YOU GUYS!!!
TODAY IS THE FIRST DAY OF MY FAVORITE SEASON!!!
Happy Fall Y’all!!!
I am so ready for some pumpkin spice everything and sweater weather. Cooler temperatures and beautiful fall foliage!
What is your favorite season?
Ok, enough about that, who is ready to set up that planner for October!! Lately I am the girl who waits until the last minute to rip open my CD box and go to town! But this month I am over the moon and (mostly) set up and ready to go!! So, without further ado, lets begin, shall we?
I almost always start with filling the pockets!! I want my planner to be the “Happiest Place On Earth!” But functional as well. That’s why I put in the amazing “punkin” stickies and my fave clips! And don’t forget the stickers!!!
Next I build all my dashboards and decide what tabs match and of course what each divider will nestle. I could only fit 4 tabs this month.

I wanted a couple more, but chose to add them to my TN instead. They include notes, and random brain dumps.
On the front of my MAG I typed out my “dream schedule.” I hope to make it happen in October!! When typing on your pages, it is easier to do so before decorating! So I type it out and decorate to my hearts content! Also you may have noticed that sweet little pocket to the left. It was made with the October cover page! I simply fussy cut the gourds and branches then glued it to the back of the dashboard!
Next I like to decorate my monthly page. I have not completed this step just yet. I have a lot going on in October and am waiting to add a few more deadlines to that list. The list is how I start. I write down all the dates that are special or I have appt and then I make sure to leave room on those dates as I decorate! To see the finished page be sure to follow me on IG @chipped_in_time_
On the back of the monthly page I usually use the year at a glance for my bucket list. This month all I had to do was use the dashboard from the dashboard kit! I simply glued it right to the page! added a few decorations, punched some holes and voilà, finished! It has a super fun list that I just loved and it looked amazing!!
I showed you in my August setup how I changed things up with the dutch door. I am loving it! I used it for September and plan on continuing it for October! Here is the link if you are interested in adding the dutch door system to your planner using the CD planner inserts. The things I decided to add to my daily and weekly pages is a page marker or book mark, and why not make it a shaker book mark!?! I took some sparkly tulle and sewed it on the amazing paper that came in the pocket memory kit and added sequins from a past kit! Also, I added a tip in at the end of each week using the notepad paper. This can help keep my weeks separated and I have extra note space!
Last but not least, I added another place marker to keep my place in my prayer section. I added a fun sticky note to the front and back for prayer requests!
I hope you enjoyed your little walk through my happy place!
Don’t forget if you have questions or comments to leave them below.
