Hello everyone–Jil here. To launch the holiday crafting season, I’m sharing some cards made with the Snow Globe kits. The first one is made with a combination of stamps from all the kits, punched pieces of the paper, and sequins and gems from the Memory Making kit. I stitched over the top, quilt style.
Using the same punched paper technique, I made a card to cheer up a friend recovering from surgery. A sentiment and sticker along with some top-stitching complete the card, and I love the way all these papers from the kit look together, especially those pops of red.
The last of the cards I’m sharing are Christmas cards–yay! I used the shimmery paint included in the Memory Keeping Kit along with some distress oxide inks to paint quick and simple Christmas trees, which I embellished with the kit’s pretty sequins and gems. I used die cuts from the Classified kit for slightly different sentiments on each card.
Celmascrap is sharing these lovely tags. The layering and details are amazing, and the overall style is so delicate and pretty. She created all this inspiring beauty with stamps and paper from the kits!
Ariana’s cute tags are also layered–and so cleverly! I love the cap on the acrylic word “cold.” These bright and cheery tags would make any present extra special!
I hope these projects have given you some ideas as you get crafty this holiday season with your own cards and tags. The Cocoa Daisy Snow Globe kits are brimming with goodness, and I can’t wait to see what you create with them! Be sure to post to the gallery and to tag Cocoa Daisy when you share on social media.
