Simon, Betty, Coffee, YES! Plan with me!

Hello, Planner Babes!!

Kami here, sharing my February A5 planner set up! Of course I had to use the Websters pages color crush patent leather red to put this, one of my favorites, kit in!

To be honest, I started planning this months kit with the idea that I would use it for my war binder!! As I started to put all the bits and bobs together, I changed my mind! I love that Cocoa Daisy is so versitle and I can change my mind without any issues! I just loved filling up the pockets with all the Simon and Betty diecuts. You can see that I used the card that came with the charm in there as well!!

I always start with the February dashboard that comes with the kit as my cover page! You will see that this month I am focusing on minimalism. I am keeping things sweet and simple.

The dashboards are just a continuation of the simple life. And really, the dashboards do not need any embellishments! The art work is just stunning and looks fantastic dressed up or simply left alone. All I added (so far, cause lets be honest, things are always subject to change) was a tab and a sticker! PERFECTO!

At the beginning of my month at a glance i adopted the dream day at a glance! I wrote out how a perfect day would go and what chores would be done on what days. A quote and a few of the cutest ever die cuts and viola!!  You can also see that I used the back of the cover page as a quick view of the month. I used the heart stamp to cover days that I have appointments or commitments, a few die cuts and that’s it, simple and sweet.

The month at a glance is always one of my favorites to decorate! I used the number stickers from the planner kit and a background stamp to fill in the white space with grey hearts. I used the planner sticker kit to mark my commitments that I have so far and will add more as they come about.

As for the back of the month at a glance I kept it, once again, simple. I am using it for its intended purpose! Forward planning!

The dutch door is my favorite way to use the A5 6 ring inserts right now! I’ve shared before and you can go check out those blog posts if you would like. I use the week on two inserts as the front and back door, if you will, of the dutch door and  for memory keeping. Because the month starts on a Friday I decided to do a little project planning, goal setting, trip planning and a recap of things to change and keep from Januarys goals and dreams. I adore the Banner stickies and used them as my headers!

The way I cut the inserts changes a little every month because of the adorable graphics that I can’t part with! Here is a picture to show you exactly where I cut the daily and the week on one inserts.

This month I used the days of the week that I cut off as my menu planning and grocery list/bookmark! I love how it turned out and may continue to cut them this way. I have more room to write things on the top week at a glance section this way.

P

I use the front door to keep track of goals for the week and things that need to be done daily. I use the back door for things that will be coming up next week.

The dailies are used for exactly that! Daily activities and lists and appointments! I love using stickers, stamps and washi on the dailies just for a little jazz. One of my goals for January is to write a gratitude list! I will be keeping that on the dailies as well! On the back I will practice lettering. If you don’t use it, you lose it!

I only have one other section in my planner this month and that is a note section. I used the free printable from the CD shop. Now I can brain dump or jot down things that need remembering but don’t have a designated section! I punched the transparency that came in the planner classified and added it here for a little extra love!

I hope you enjoyed this set up. Keeping it easy peasy and still just as fun! Thank you for stopping by! If you have any questions or comments, feel free to add them below! You can always see my new additions on Instagram @chipped_in_time_
