Adding Stickers & Stamps to Pocket Pages.

Hi Daisies!

It’s Kylie with you today and I am going to share with you how I have been adding stickers and stamps to my pocket pages. By layering stickers or stamps over your photos or pocket cards,it helps to support the story you are preserving. It’s also a great way of adding lots of colour and interest to your albums. Pocket pages are some of my most favourite projects to create because they are so quick to do. Print your photos, add a few embellishments and you are all done!

Alpha stickers are always my ‘go-to’ each month. I love layering over my photos with a title or adding in a sentimental word to support my photo. The fabric adhesive hearts were so cute this month and I have also been adding these as another layer.

Don’t ever be shy about stamping your photos as it adds a really fun effect. A helpful few tips I recommend doing is using a good quality ink pad, load your stamp well but don’t press too hard to your photo so you avoid any sticking.

This month I have taken the word sentiments sticker sheet and have created phrases relevant to my photo’s.It kind of acts as a little mini storyline.

By using black and white photos, it helps make the layering of die cuts and stickers ‘pop’ and stand out.

Celine and Odessa have also shared some of their pocket pages with lots of fun layering. Here are Celine’s-

And here are Odessa’s who writes- I had fun combining stamps and stickers from the Simon & Betty kits on this page.

Until next time,

Kylie.
