August Planner Set Up with Farmer’s Market & Video

I am so excited to share my set up with you today! The theme is Farmer’s Market and there is a variety of farm animals, old fashioned trucks, and farm fresh foods. I love the vibrant reds, yellows and greens along with the Farmer’s Market theme. I chose my Foxy Fix Spice Pepper to showcase these beautiful colors and absolutely love how it is turning out. (I just realized that my Foxy has a food theme, too! lol)

My basic set up is complete, although I still want to do a few more things and will post them on instagram in the next couple of weeks.

My August Goals page is always on the “note” page so that it is at the front of my planner for easy access. I added the black type alpha and some leftover puffy letters as well a strip of washi tape.

I use the monthly calendar from the personal rings kit for my design team reminders and use a yearly calendar insert that I move each month into my new set up. This way I always have access to what happened before or for future planning.

I love making dashboards for each new section of my planner. This dashboard “Let’s Go” is the beginning of my weekly planning. It was very easy to put together. I used some of the pattern paper to matte a pocket card and adhered it to another piece of pattern paper that measured 3.75″ x 6.75″ and added a couple of the milk caps for simple decoration.

On the reverse side, I added a dashboard from the “dashboard subscription kit,” stickers, washi and a photo. That’s me and a baby chick at my sister’s little farm. She really wants to be a farmer and has quite a few animals on her property already. There are few people who love animals as much as my sister!

I set up the month of August already so that all I need to do is add our plans and few detail stickers. I find this is the easiest way for me to keep up on my planning.

My planner is never complete without Simon! He is the dashboard for my monthly meal planning this time. See my video below for more details as to the 4″x6″ card I am going to use for sketching out my meals as well as the other sections in my planner: to-do, habits, notes, and coupon codes.

I will be posting more of my set up in the next couple of weeks so be sure to watch my instagram page!

Happy planning!
