We are so happy to have Kristine Davidson as our Guest Designer with the February kit collection, Journal Entry. She was the perfect choice to work with this graphic yet soft kit, we think you’ll agree when you have a chance to see her gallery, it’s loaded with lovely ideas on how to use our products.

Kristine lives on the East Coast in New Brunswick, Canada. She’s been married for 14 years and has 2 cats named Archie and Willie who keep her busy removing cat hair from her glue dots! She works full time as a sales and service agent for an airline company and loves to spend her spare time being creative. She also loves anything with chocolate, a good cup of coffee, as well as city skylines, and sunsets.

Kristine has been an avid scrapbooker for over 8 years and completely addicted to pop dots, diecuts and of course pattern paper. She is the founder of the scrapbook sketch site Creative Scrappers, and currently a design team member for Jillibean Soup and Simple Stories. She is thrilled to be our guest designer this month and looking forward to providing you with some inspiration to get creative.

1. What is your most creative time?
My most creative time is usually after 8pm. I enjoy scrapbooking more in the evenings​, I’m more relaxed and my husband is​ usually​ watching his favourite sports and I’ll find my way to my scrapbook room.

2. Share your current top 5 favorite songs/music groups with us.
My current favorites are

3. If you were in a Rock N’ Roll band, what would your job be?
​Oh wouldn’t that be fun! I’d probably play the tambourine! I can’t sing or i’d be scared I’d forget my lyrics or something!!

4. Did you ever want to change your name? If so, to what?
​At one time I wanted to change it to Jessie and i ​also wanted to ​change the spelling of my name to Khrystyne​!

5. If your life was a movie, what actress would play you?
​I’d love Kate Beckinsale or maybe Jennifer Lawrence! ​

6. What’s your favorite accessory?
A scarf for sure.

7. How do you cheer yourself up?
Going to a hobby or scrapbook store​ -​ buying something i really dont need​, ​starbucks ​drive thru and loud music in the car​!​

8. If you could have a luncheon with any three people (real or fictitious/ from any time period, dead or alive), which three people would you choose and why?

My grandmother – she had a battle with cancer and sadly i was ​naive and never ​took the opportunity to spend extra time with her. Id love to sit and chat with her about her life stories and tell her how much i miss her. ​

The other two would be Oprah and Jimmy Fallon 😉

9. What food would describe your style?
​Pizza! I could eat this every day.

10. What is “dressed up” for you?
Dressed up for me is a pair of stretch pants, high boots, a blouse or shirt and a scarf.
Im usually in jeans or in my “yoga” pants at home, so anything other than that is dressed up.
