Good Morning, Daisies!
I hope you’re all well and excited for the July kits arrive! This month is a fun and summery one! I just love all of the bright colors and the cute ice cream cones. I can’t wait for you all to get your gets and get to playing!

Let’s get to the sketch!

This month we went with another grid design. Who doesn’t love a grid? It’s and easy place to start and, as you’ll see from the designers’ takes, lots of ways to go.

First up is Wendy.

Here’s what Wendy had to say about the sketch and how she was inspired by it. “I was so inspired by the grid design and large title, but that isn’t me…  So, using the idea of the sketch and the patterned paper with the blocks by Shimelle from our kit, I got scrappy and created a layout that makes me happy and completely fits the sketch!”

Next are Suzanna and Kelly. They were both inspired to use the ice cream cone cut file to create part of the grid in the sketch.

I love how Suzanna included the journaling as part of the grid and Kelly put her journaling near the bottom, like the sketch. They are similar with their ice cream cones, but these pages are so different and equally awesome!

Moon’s page is next.

Her grid is more organic and I love it so much!

Last is my page.

My grid is more deliberate, but moved things around to to fit my images and embellishments.
