Hello Daisies!!
Moon and Candy here today are going to share some ideas of using banners and enamel dots.
Firstly, let’s take a look at Candy’s gorgeous pocket page.
I’m so in love with how she used those beautiful journaling cards.
She said “I always love creating in my pocket pages and the pocket cards make it so easy!
For this page, I am documenting the books that I have that I am currently reading or flipping through that give me inspiration.
All I did to bring this page together was to select the cards I wanted —
1. a big bold title, 2. a pattern + a die cut, 3. another pattern + a photo
4. and last, a journaling card + dotted enamel stickers + a banner that says “Reading List” and that completed my page!”
Next is my 12″x12″ scrapbooking layout featuring some items from the Classified Kit.
When I saw the wooden banner and the foiled vellum paper, I knew I have to use them for my new project.
I love the wooden banner so much that I decided to created my page around it.
Therefore, I chose the die-cuts to match the photos I took with my parents to Alishan in Taiwan.
Also, I did some fussy cutting to get these beautiful leaves from the patterned paper of the Planner Kit. They are just perfect for my layout.
The reason I love the enamel dots is to give the whole page some textures, but not too thick.
After adding them, I decided to have some more dots with the glimmer mists that are always my favorites.
I’m very happy to have this layout done with few different textures, including the wood banner, enamel dots, papers, and the mists.
Hope you all have some ideas to create your own projects with the well designed kits. Please share what you have done with us on Facebook group!!
Lovely designs and post Moon and Candy. I really enjoy seeing how you will use the kits in a 12×12 Design Moon.
