Mini books are just the funnest. I love to create these little creations. They have so much range too. They can help you corral all your photos and memories from a trip or season. They can also be really non-traditional and hold memories from a fun theme, like random instagram photos or a recipe book.
Even though I like to combine lots of different things in a mini book, I find that having a few elements repeated throughout add cohesion to the design. Working from a kit really helps make this process effortless.
First up is Miriam’s vacation album.
Who doesn’t love bunting? Turning it a mini book is just genius. This would be super fun to display. The idea would work great for a birthday or shower too.
Ashli does something super creative and cute as usual. A mini book on a layout! Now, that is awesome. I love how she paired patterned paper strips with the Heidi Swapp journal. Such a good place for holding extra stories and pictures.
Alissa used the Heidi Swapp journal as well for a Whole 30 album. Doing something like Whole 30 takes a lot of motivation and journaling about it is one way to really help keep up with it. Such a cute album too! Great job Alissa, love seeing your minis all the time.
When your kit is down to scraps, why not make a mini from them?
