Greetings! It was hard finding a photo of myself acting normal or not hugging my kid. That’s good though, right? Ha!
We will be introducing our class contributors here each day as their first lesson launches. Looks like I’m first!
I grew up on the gulf coast of Florida. After graduating from FSU, I taught biology and a little bit of everything else in Guatemala, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Honduras. I have been teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) here in Tennessee for the last 15 years. I have a teenager now! Wow! How did that happen? So far the teen years have been delightful, all 12 of them. I do the Boy Scout mom thing which is perfect for me as I was a Girl Scout for years and years. That all makes sense since I love nature and am an avid photographer of flowers and bugs. I am also a bookwork and planner nerd and I think most of you have seen my three fur babies. If you have not, you can look me up on instagram (dorissander). They also sometimes make an appearance on my YouTube channel (Doris Sander). I would be happy to be your friend on Facebook as well. 🙂
Let me know if you have any questions about my planning style. I’d love to share my thoughts with you!
