I wanted to show you have versatile the exclusive  floral paper in the September kit is.
Hi everyone, Sharmaine here, and when I first saw the gorgeous paper Stephanie designed for this month’s kit I was scared!
I wondered what on earth I could create that would do it justice.
I was super thankful that Christine had the foresight to send me a couple of pieces because once I started playing I was in love!
I started out with my gallery page, trying to soften the paper and allow it to blend into the background.

Next I decided to cut out some of the gorgeous flowers and add them to my page for Jot Magazine. I really wanted the flowers to be the stand out.

I added some gold glitter nail polish to the flower centres and used some of the scribble stamps to add depth to the flowers.

Lastly, I pulled out some older kit products and decorated a gift bag, using a part of the flower design.

A handy way to use up supplies, don’t you think??
Again I added some nail polish to the flowers and if you look carefully, in the background, you might see a snowflake stamp from an older Cocoa Daisy kit.
So make sure you don’t feel intimidated by scrapbook supplies. Get in, use them and create something wonderful.
