November Sketch Challenge

Good Morning and Happy November! Can you believe it’s almost the end of the year? The holidays are upon us and I feel like we just celebrated Easter. I just can’t get over how quickly time is flying by this year. Christmas and New Year’s will be here before we all¬†know it! I’m ready. Not with the gifts, but I’m ready for a happy holiday season this year. Joy is my word of the year and I intended to make this holiday season joyful.

Let’s get to the sketch. Square photos this month. Perfect for all of those Instagram shots I know you all take. I love that all the photo printing places are on board with the square photos. They are probably my most printed photo in the past few years. Needless to say, I love the square.

Here’s the sketch.
Another fun one and, this month we’ve got so many examples! The team really stepped up on this one. Grab yourself a cup of coffee and sit back because I’ve got a lot of eye candy to share with you this morning.

First up is Janet. Janet went with a single rectangle photo and it really works! Her page is gorgeous! I love the colors, the layers and all the see-through elements.

Next up is Katherine. I love how Katherine used 2 rectangles (a photo and my favorite DITL card) in place of the 2 squares in the sketch. Awesome! I love it!

Next up is Kelly and she went with a single square photo and a DITL card. LOVE the layers and the donuts here. This is such a fun page. ūüôā

Next we have Marie’s contribution. I love this one, Marie! I love all the bits all over the page. Paint splatters, stars, arrows and such. You’ll love it, too!

Next up is Suzanna. I love that Suzanna went with 2 small rectangle photos and a BIG title. The stitching on the 3 sets of labels make me so, so happy, too.

Last, but certainly not least, is Sarah. I think the cut out circles all over the background is my favorite element on this page. She’s got 2 square photos in black and white and lots of colorful bits and layers to complete her page.

Now, it’s your turn. If you play along with this sketch challenge, you could win a gift certificate to the Cocoa Daisy Boutique. Be sure to load your images to the Member Gallery or, on our Fans of Cocoa Daisy Facebook group, and link us up in the comment section below, by 11/16/16, for your chance to win some Daisy Cash!
