Good Morning, Daisies!
I hope you’re all well and excited for the May kits arrive! This month is a gorgeous one! I just love all of the bright colors and gold. The tropical theme is so, so fun, too! I can’t wait to play more with all the goodies soon!

Let’s get to the sketch!

This month is a little different with tiny photos and a large title! It was so fun to create with! I love small photos and love a good ole grid design.

Wendy used the April kit to create her page!

Here’s what Wendy had to say about the sketch and her project.
What a great sketch! I chose some leftover photo strips I had and cut my favorites out for the squares. The title came from the Simple Stories 3×4 card and I just used the quote, as the card didn’t quite fit in my design. A few fun pieces to finish up the page, from the April kit. 

Awesome job, Wendy! I love the you cut the rainbow word strip into rectangles to fill the grid. So awesome!

Next up is Suzanna!

My favorite part on Suzanna’s page is the water-colored die cuts. I hear she has a video to share with you all on how she made them. I can’t wait to see it!

The last page for today is mine.

This exclusive cloud paper is just about my favorite one this month. The color of the blue is gorgeous! I cute strips from the printed vellum paper to represent the top rectangle. My grid is also pretty loose. They don’t have to be squares or rectangles. The box under the leaf on the bottom right is a speech bubble cut out from one of the DITL 3×4 cards. The stamped days of the week are from the DITL kit, as well. I love using words as design elements, rather than just in titles and journaling.
