Hi, it’s time for a little stamp talk today.
First, let me introduce you to our September stamps. We have:
Sharmaine’s Scribbles which comes with the Main Kit. (We still have a few available.)
We then have a second variety of Sharmaine’s Scribbles in the Day in the Life kit.
We also have the Nicole Swash Alphabet stamp set.
And the Office Supplies stamp set.
And now I will show you examples of how our DT used these stamps with this month’s kit.
Mandie starts us off with the pencil stamp from the Office Supplies set. She alternated the direction of the stamp. A great idea for the back to school LO’s.
Christine got so creative with her stamps this month. I love how she thought to use the scribbles to create butterflies.
Now of course we needed to see some work from the stamp inspiration herself, Sharmaine. She has used some of the scribbles behind her work here.
I used the tiny scribble from the Day in the Life kit set and used it over and over to created a border.
From the same stamp set I took the 3 circles. These scribble circles are actually attached, but I only wanted to use the one circle, so I cut them up in to 3 separate circles and circled August on my LO here.
Please tell us what you think of this month’s stamps, we’d love to hear. You can also share you work with us here once your kits arrive. We always love seeing what you are all making.
Thanks so much for stopping by today.
Can I buy Sharmaine’s Scribbles stamps in the shop? (I love them!)
Hi, Brita. Sharmaine’s scribbles are exclusives for our subscribers, so they’re not available for general purchase. Those same scribbles are available as brush files or PNGs as this month’s freebie, though; maybe you could use those to the same effect. Thanks!
