GO! On an adventure…

Welcome to some great stamping inspiration, using the stamps in the August kit – PenPal. The stamps in the main kit this month are perfect for adventures of all kinds.

I love how Christine used them with white embossing powder, on the cover of her beautiful mini album.

Suzanna got a fabulous effect by using green ink for her stamping! I tend to stick to my black ink pad because it’s easy and I’m lazy and I don’t always clean my stamps properly. But this makes me wanna add some colour.

Denise also used the stamps from the main kit. I always love her messy and gorgeous style and the stamping is just perfect here.

Denise stamping aug 16Suz used the “summer vacation” stamp from the DITL kit as a subtitle to her pretty page.

Suz

Both Suz and I used some of the die cuts together with the DITL stamps. I used both the “summer vacation” and the “summer memories” stamps from the DITL kit on this layout.

Another idea is to create unique embellishments using watercolour and stamps. Just paint random watercolour patterns on a paper. I used a watercolour paper here, but other papers may work as well. Then punch out shapes – I used circles. It’s so much fun moving the punch around the page and the painted designs to find the perfect spots for punching.

Then play around with your stamps!

Happy stamping!
