Hi, it’s Lisa with you today, along with my lovely new July Kit!!!
I really like working with large alphas, but sometimes you may like the size or the shape but the colours or patterns may not quite match your scrapbooking page. That’s what happened to me this month with the July Kit. I LOVE the large alphas, but they just didn’t go with the design that I had in mind. So today I am showing you how I transformed them.
You can see me making this LO on YouTube here.

The alpha stickers started out like this and you can see how I transformed them to how they look on my page.
I simple sanded them down with a basic nail file, painted them with a Tim Holtz White Distress Stain (Picket Fence) and then I painted them in yellow and doodled around the edge once the paint was dry.
Thanks for joining me today.I hope you like the video. You will get to see a lot more of the main kit and see how I’m using it.
Great tips and tricks, Lisa. Love how you are able to get so many photos on a page without being too busy, use of the DITL cards and alter alphas. Thank you!
